Warning: Highcharts server is too busy
If the Highcharts server is too busy to process the Image request, you may get an error stating "Oops.., Sorry, the server is handling too many requests at the moment. Please try again." If this happens, right click on the chart area and select "Back". You can try the request again later.
Warning: Unresponsive script with Firefox
If you are using the Firefox browser to display data in the chart and you encounter an error pop-up dialog that states:

"Warning: Unresponsive script. A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete."

You can do the following to limit this warning dialog in the future:
a. Type about:config in Firefox’s address bar.
b. Search for "dom.max_script_run_time"
c. Double click on the entry and change the value to 60

Even with this workaround, you may still encounter delays in processing due to an unoptimized javascript engine in Firefox. In this case, it is recommended that you use a different browser, such as Chrome or Safari to view your OOI data.

All variables in the data product will be displayed when the Chart Type: table option is chosen.
